My favorite of all of these workouts is the Ab Burner workout. And let me tell you, the title is VERY APT. This workout kills me. Every. Single. Time. I have yet to make it through all 15 minutes without taking a mini-breather in the middle of a set. It consists of 1 minute of toe touch crunches, 1 minute of Russian twists, 30 seconds plank, 1 minute side plank (30 each side), 1 minute of Crazy Ivans, and a 30 second rest. You repeat this three times, so the entire workout takes 15 minutes.
you start the workout, it walks you through step-by-step with voice guidance and a stopwatch. It will give you cues to switch sides, advice on proper form, and countdowns when you are close to being done.
I really like this application and I think it does a tremendous job of targeting all the different "areas" with the abdominals and you'll really feel like you're getting a good workout. If you are looking for a good workout that targets your
abs, an easy-to-use training application that works great on the go, or just some variety in your workout, then this is the app for you. Plus, since this is a Nike app, it will track your calories burned as well as your Nike Fuel burned.
You can link it to your Nike Plus account (like I do with my Nike Plus Sportwatch) it will combine your stats with other Nike Plus trackers. It also allows you to set reminders, add music to your workouts, and download special bonus workouts with Nike athletes. Since its a free application, I definitely recommend downloading it and giving it a try.
