Ok, so yes, I've slacked in the blogging department, but the one thing I haven't slacked on...
We've passed the one month mark and I even did a 4 mile run on the treadmill last week, which is my longest distance since my injury.
Four miles. Pain free. In under an hour. YAY!
Ok, now to continue the runstreak and keep working on improving my other goal of writing more!
I promise, I haven't abandoned you!
