So, what have I been up to since then?
I went to a steeplechase (A horse race) and pretended I was a real southern belle...
I worked a Neon Dash with my awesome WolfPack friends in Columbus, Ohio...
I finished my VERY FIRST HALF MARATHON and thought I might never walk again...
But dammit all if I'm not gonna do it again... I'm crazy, right?
I volunteered at a Tough Mudder, handing out headbands to deserving finishers...
And had planned to earn my Legionnaire's Headband...
With a PRESS PASS none-the-less!
But severe weather dictated otherwise as they cancelled Sunday's event...
So we comforted ourselves with delicious biscuits instead.

I braved some thunderstorms, mud, and ankle breaking trails to run Ragnar Trail West Virginia with my awesome teammates, most of whom had never experienced Ragnar before...
And I showed them that Ragnar is not all fun and games, but very serious business...
And all in all, a few things have gone down:
I went to Physical Therapy for my injury, which turned out to be some built up scar tissue. Back last October, during Ragnar Tennessee, when I injured it... It wasn't an LCL issue like I had thought. Apparently, I had a partial tear of the very lowest portion of my hamstring.
(Did you know that your hamstring connects below your knee? Because I did not...)
ANYWAYS! I'll write another post about those issues. It's a LONG story.
I went through a phase where all I did was lift.
I went through a phase where all I did was run.
I struggled to eat healthy and then gave up on it entirely and struggled again...
FOOD IS HARD Y'ALL!
I stopped running because of pain again. I developed a mental block. I cried about it.
And now, I'm working on getting out of that slump. Work with me, y'all. Because it's been sucky. And I'm gonna need some other people to be my cheerleaders for a bit...
I seem to have misplaced my pon-poms...
And now! I'm getting ready to fly to Denver, Colorado tomorrow...
BECAUSE! I got chosen to be a Co-Race Director for Cupid's Undie Run.
Yupp, the race where you run around in your panties for charity. Do it for the children!
So I'm gonna hit the hay and attempt to run tomorrow morning since I leave right after work to go to Undie Camp. And yes, that's a legit thing. And I'm so excited for it!
