See That?!? Right there, on this webpage listed under the heading "AWESOME BLOGS"?!?!
It's ok, I'll still sign autographs. Oh, you wanna take a photo. Yeah, sure, I can make time in my busy schedule...

Yupp, I'm featured on the website for Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans.
You haven't heard of them? Well you should have.
Because they're one of the BEST websites out there to encourage women to get fit and fabulous. In fact, when I first started getting involved with fitness online more, they are one of the very first sites I spent time on. They not only have great articles, but they also have all sorts of tools to help you reach your fitness goals.
One of my personal favorites are the monthly calendars. Last year, when I was getting into a regular routine of going to the gym and running, I used their Fab Abs January calendar to give me a way to track my ab workouts. I printed off the calendar and every day, after I finished the workout, I would cross the day off the calendar and put it back in my workout journal to save for the next day. I LOVED (and hated!) that calendar and by the end of the month, my abs were looking and feeling fierce! Every month they pick a new focus area and give you daily workouts to help you improve that part of your fitness. And, while the calendars are designed to go with a given month, that doesn't mean you can't use them any month you want!

In addition to the calendars, they also post about topics like nutrition, host virtual races with some pretty sweet swag, and host challenges to help you be the best you that you desire.
Right now, they're hosting an entirely online 6 Week Boot Camp challenge. It's got workouts planned out for you, week-by-week, with online videos showing you how to do all the moves in each workout. And it's free!
I don't normally do a ton of stuff where I just shamelessly plug products or companies and y'all know that. but this is one website where I feel entirely comfortable saying that they are totally awesome and worth checking out. Besides, what have you got to lose?
(Besides a few pants sizes, right?!? And I say this now, after having tried on underwear knowing full well that I was planning on wearing it in public. Let's just say, there's isn't much that will motivate you to hit the gym like that will... I blame the mirrors in Kohl's.)
And even if you don't check out the website (although you should!) make sure you're still getting out there and doing your thing. No matter what your thing may be.
Mine is currently deciding whether or not wearing swimsuit bottoms to a run where you purportedly run in your underwear is cheating or not... Hmm...
#runlove, y'all!
